1.尖椒洗净,切掉根蒂部。

2.用小刀将尖椒内部的籽和筋挖掉。

3.将尖椒一分为二,切开。擦干水分。

7.调碗汁。碗中加入生抽1勺,盐2克,白糖1勺,醋2勺。

8.热锅凉油,放入蒜末煸香。
